The spheres can be seen actually flying great distances around the sun!
Around January and February 2010 the Internet was buzzing with a phenomena which became known as "The NASA Spheres." NASA's, STEREO Spaceship cameras, one behind the Sun and one in front of the Sun appeared to be filming huge spheres in the corona of the Sun, these spheres caught the imagination of conspiracy theorists and MSM alike, for weeks the Internet was asking the question, are the spheres real and if they are what are they? Even NASA became involved, I typed an e-mail to a (Dr.) Joseph B. Gurman STEREO Project Scientist at NASA and he replied insisting the spheres where nothing more than camera artifacts, which many many people had trouble believing. here is a snippet of the e-mail below.

Compression artifacts, highly magnified. The images you are looking at are "space weather beacon mode" images that are telemetered down nearly continuously:
The compression artifacts are particularly obvious when a particle (cosmic ray or solar energetic, charged particle) hits the CCD detector on the spacecraft. The compression scheme has a hard time mathematically representing sharp, single or few-pixel features, and you get a characteristic pattern of a bright dot in the middle of a compression block (a subsection of the image) surrounded by a pattern of dark dots.
The Russians claim their telescope TESIS stopped working on the 18th of January due to a faulty battery, just as NASA claimed STEREO malfunctioned on the same day, Both one day after these spheres showed up!
A video has now come to my attention which is a time lapse of photos from NASA's Stereo Behind EUVI 195, on the 2010-01-19, showing three hours of photo. In this time lapse video the spheres can be seen actually flying great distances around the sun, which would, once and for all dismiss NASA's artifact theory! Look for your self.
